Student Council

Leadership/Student Council is an elective course focused on developing skill sets in culture building, leadership, stewardship, and ownership.  Students will learn how to plan, implement, and reflect upon a variety of activities and events, including: Homecoming Week Festivities, Graduation, Make-A-Wish Wish Week, Prom, school wide assemblies, running the concession stand at sporting events, and other events that build school spirit and support our community.  Students who participate in Leadership/Student Council will develop life-long skills needed to navigate in the twenty-first century.The course is both an class and a club, and requires participation outside the normal school day. Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA and pass 5 classes to remain eligible.
